FS: Omega Aqua Terra 8500 41.5mm "Skyfall" Blue 231.10.42.21.03.00
Up for sale is a really amazing watch that is getting really hard to find. This is the Omega Aqua Terra 8500 in the “Skyfall” blue color (model number 231.10.42.21.03.00). This is the 41.5mm version of the watch – I occasionally see the 38.5 up for sale, but the 41.5 must less often. The blue used for the dial is the most stunning I’ve ever seen on a dial – almost black in some light and angles transforming to a beautiful Mediterranean blue in other light and angles. The really upped the game with the teak dial on this one – must be seen in person.
You can readily find the specs online, but this one comes with the 41.5mm case, 8500 movement with the si14 balance spring, stainless bracelet (all links included – including ½ links), 150m water resistance, and double folding deployant clasp. The watch is in really graet shape – crystals are both perfect, no major dings, just a few superficial marks on the case and some faint marks on the polished surfaces as well as normal desk diving wear on the bracelet. I would rate it TZ Near Mint 94%. Comes with white box, red box, hang tag, manual, extra links and AD stamped warranty card ( 2 years left on the factory warranty). Looking for $3850 – I’ll cover shipping via USPS Registered Priority Mail (safest way to ship high value watches). Buyer to use bank wire or cover paypal fees. I'm open to hearing trade offers, but really want a cash sale. If you’d like, for an additional $150 I can toss in a like new tan padded Omega leather strap (as seen on some new Aqua Terra’s). It is made for the depoyant clasp which isn’t included. Let me know if you’d like pictures of the strap. Pardon the specs of dust in the pictures (I didn’t have my good camera with me). Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! |
