Best way to polish up?

Guys,

Question - I have a Tissot that has been my beater that I'd like to spruce up. Its the PRS516 so a solid block of steel - and a good looking watch when it's shining.

It has some swirls and general marks on the band, nothing crazy, but it looks a bit tired and basically needs a clean and polish, but it's something I'd like to do myself.

How would I go about doing this? And what tools would I need?

Cheers,

Chris
