I have owned this watch for two years, and it has been worn maybe ten times. There are no marks or scratches on the case. The strap is in excellent shape. It was sent back to JLC last year to replace the crystal due to a defect, and they did a full service as well. The service paper work, hang tags and boxes are all included.
