Has anyone seen the earlier editions of The Rolex Report (by author J. Brozek)

The now outdated and long-out-of-print "The Rolex Report" monograph by John Brozek (Revised and Expanded 4th Edition, InfoQuest Publishing 2002) has over the years since publication received critical acclaim for its need-to-know info about collecting, purchasing and selling a Rolex. (InfoQuest's website says "This book is currently out of print. Please look for The Rolex Report, 5th Edition in the Spring of 2016.")

However, does anyone own, or has anyone ever seen, the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Edition of this book? I have been unable to locate any references to these prior editions online, or any evidence that these prior editions even existed (which surely they must have!). Your feedback in this regard is appreciated.
