What references do you have regarding this policy? For example: personal experience, letter, or e-mail from RSC? And what specific requirements or phrases would such a "letter from the AD" need to contain?

Not saying your information is not accurate, but trying to get concrete facts out in this thread, so it can be as useful to members as possible.
