Do I need to update appraisal? Help Id?

I have a vintage ladies Rolex inherited by my wife. It's a 98469 14kt. White gold and diamond 17 jewel with a 14kt. White gold and diamond link bracelet.

The last appraisal we found was done 1-8-93, valued it at $2500 fo insurance. Have the prices changed very much or is that pretty accurate still?

Also were these types of watches have names or were they identified by number?

Thanks for your help.

Brian
