Royal Oak bezel observation...
Dears I love AP to death, it's one of my favorite brands and I have owned a total of 4 APs in the last 3 years with only one remain, the 15400 in silver which I bought brand new from an AD last August.
I had 15300s and a Diver before and I loved everything about them. My most favorite feature of any AP is the superb finishing done especially on the legendary bezel. However, I noticed that finishing on bezel can sometimes vary in terms of how "hard" it's vertically beveled, if that makes sense. Meaning, I have handled many I-series 15400s just like mine and some had very "obvious" vertical finishing on the bezel while others seemed not so much beveled. I think mine is a bit of the soft side vs the other one (image by watchcollectinglifestyle) I am just wondering if anybody else noticed this? And if it's a QC issue...? Would love to hear your thoughts on this. |
