Shouldn't all high end sport watches be like this?

I am not a huge VC fan, but one thing I do like with their new overseas collection is that you can go between bracelet, rubber or leather strap without problem.

It gets really tiring when you put 20-30K in a sports watch and the manufacturer does everything in his power to prohibit you changing anything, if you get a Nautilus on bracelet it is impossible to put a strap, and vice versa, , even Rolex does it, when I got my Daytona RG on strap I asked and was told that it was impossible to put a bracelet on it because of the different lug width, they are becoming very boring with this, I would love when I get my 5712 to be able to go from bracelet to rubber, even to leather if I want to, how long will brands play this little game of limiting the possibilities of making the watch like you want and when you want…

Here's a pic of the VC where you have the 3 possibilities
