Icon9 Spare Bezel Screw and Nut for 15300

Hi RF members,

I recently purchased a used 15300 from another member, and unfortunately after my purchase one of the screwnut behind is stuck when trying to unscrew it, but it tightens when needed. I sent it for servicing with a known third party , but they're insisting it's normal.

Is there someone here who knows or is able to help me source for a genuine spare screw/nut set? Not able to go to APSC. Would really appreciate your feedback.. this has been bugging me for days

On the bezel screw, it's not sitting flush compared to the other screws.
