Advice on buying a Rubber Strap for ROO

Hey Folks,

I know this subject has been covered, so I apologize for any redundancies but I have a bunch of questions and I have done research, but would like some specific advice here.

I would like to buy a rubber Diver Strap for my inbound ROO Gray 26470ST.

Questions:

• Best place to order is directly from APSC, correct?
  
• I would like to order the strap in gray if possible, any thing I need to know about color variations?
  
• Will my existing ROO buckle fit the diver strap or do I need to also order a buckle?

I have seen in some past sales threads that people have sold the straps with the steel "plots" included.

• Do I need to purchase the steel plots?
  
• If not required, would you all recommend doing so to make strap changes easier?
  
• What would the advantages be of having a second set?
