FS: 1966 Rolex Submariner Ref: 5513 with Tropical Glossy Gilt Dial


Serial #: 1,3XX,XXX
Case: Very Good case that has previously been polished and has wear from use.
The watch has a fat font 'long 5' bezel insert that has faded to a blue/gray hue.
Caseback is engraved, "Richard Clayton"
The caseback is stamped: 5513 III. 66
Dial: Excellent tropical glossy gilt dial with creamy markers. The hands have aged to dark brown.
The glossy portion of the dial has spidering. All of the lume on the markers is intact.
The luminous material on the plots still glows briefly when subjected to
light which is correct for this series of dials.
Bracelet: Very Good newer USA C+I rivet bracelet with 12 links.
Bracelet has average stretch for its age. Clasp is stamped: 75
