3 Holes For EasyLink - How Do I Adjust?

I just got my BLNR yesterday and I'm at work so I don't know if this is mentioned in the manual but maybe someone here can give me some quick guidance.

For the Easylink clasp, you can have the easylink in the on or off position. Basically either closed up or extended. But I notice where the Easylink is connected to the clasp, there are indentations and the bracelet came with it connected to the middle indentation. How do I move it over to another hole/indentation? Do I just pull it toward it? I don't want to damage the watch and pull too hard...
