Trouble in New York. Please help.
In NYC walking to get some lunch when I noticed my watch felt loose. Before I had time to react it fell from my wrist and smacked the hard pavement.
The pin that connects the clasp to the bracelet had come out. Not only is the pin missing but I also have a major goober where the watch hit the ground. Luckily, I am in NYC and my hotel is a block away from Rolex NYC. My question is 1.) will they replace the pin for me on the spot and 2.) do you think they can buff out the damage at least a little? If so will they charge me? Thanks in advance! Everyone check your pins and screws! |
