Was thinking about the rise in value of the old GMT's. I have one that I bought in 2010 for $3,650 with box and papers, and seeing how much they're going for makes me pretty happy with my purchase.

I didn't buy the watch for value retention, as I have no intentions of ever selling and want to pass it on to my son. My question is do you think it's worth it now to get a 2nd one for safekeeping? Prices now are high, but not absurdly so that I wouldn't buy one to put away for 10 years and sell then.

Thoughts?
