AP Website Problem?
Yesterday I tried to login into my audemarspiguet.com only to find my account no longer existed (doing a reset resulted in 'there are no accounts associated with this email'). I had successfully registered my 15710ST on 8 April and received a confirmation email with the watch details and a statement, 'In a few weeks, you will receive a sticker to be placed in your warranty booklet." I had been able to login to my account up until yesterday, and so I called their service number in NY (646-375-0807) and was told they would have to get somebody to call me - apparently they can't look up anything but did say there might be a website problem. Nobody has called me back and I still can't login.
Is anybody else unable to login? Also if somebody has a suggestion for a better phone number with somebody that can lookup registrations and warranty info, please advise or PM me. Thanks in advance for any assistance. |
