Thoughts on this 1675 that I really like

So as the search continues for either a 1675 or a 16750 I've found another one that looks good and strong and I've been talking to the seller. The price is again high (or higher than what everyone here recommends) but I will try to negotiate. Before I do that, any warning signs? The only things I notice and am unsure about are the minute hands slightly darker tips (very slight) and the condition of the lugs (seller claims they are unpolished). Thought and opinions welcome...

Also, this is supposed to be a 1978 model are the bezel and dial period correct? The bracelet is 7836, while the end links are 358. Also, if you have a realistic (not fantasy) view on what such a piece should cost, please do let me know.
