Conversation with AD's (by telephone)

I was calling a few AD's to see if they have a watch I am considering (RG ROC black dial bracelet).

The 2 that I called said that they are not offering any discount and that they could cover insured shipping. The 3rd offered a discount, but not enough to be a good deal.

I'll admit that I didn't spend too much time building rapport but it is known that they offer better discounts.

How much time do you guys spend negotiating, building rapport, etc.

Wish people would not want to waste time and just make a good deal. Wire funds and enjoy the weekend. Smh!
