Jubillee to Dressy for A Daily

Hi all, I have really been digging my 16014 (pics below) that I have been using as a suit watch, and as a bit of a daily wear. I am coming back to the comfort of this model and its smaller classic size. My wife thinks that in casual wear (ie collared golf shirt, shorts) it looks ok but a little too dressy. Still works but would prefer I wear my 114060 or 116613lb. While I love my subs and they will always be worn, I am toying with going with a modern 116234, sliver dial, fluted bezel, stick, on an oyster bracelet for a daily wear. The thicker lugs and case of the six digit reference plus the oyster bracelet would really tilt this towards a more sporty watch. This of course would mean flipping my 16014 which is a cool piece and works excellent in a suit environment. I think the 116234 would work well in a suit environment as well, but nothing beats the looks of the jubilee dressed up, IMO

Part of me thinks I would be nuts to let the 16014 go, but I really want to try the 116234 as more of a daily. What do you guys think?
