Buying New Rolex, Should I Sell Vintage

I'm about to buy my first new Rolex. I still have no idea which one, because it is an extremely hard decision. I am leaning towards the new Air King. I know, I know that many don't like it, but I tend to always go a bit against the grain.

But that is not the subject of this post. Do you think I should sell my vintage OPD Ref: 1500 with my purchase of a new watch? It is beautiful classic that is much more 'dressy' than the new sport models I am considering, so I can still see it being something I would wear on more formal occasions. Still, I could sell it and get another sport model, perhaps an Omega SMP or Black Bay, that I would probably wear more. What do you guys think?

Here's its picture:
