ROC Movement Question
Wise TRFers...My F series Royal Oak Chrono has been losing time recently (15 seconds a day) so I sent a note to APSC to see what their advice is. I had it serviced last year at Clearwater so it is still under warranty and would rather get it adjusted now vs. have to pay for it later. This morning as I was setting the time to get a clear indication as to how much it is losing a day, there was something I noticed that I had never seen before. When I pull the crown out to it's time setting position and wind the hands backward, the running second hand stops and in some instances even moves backwards with the minute and hour hands. The 2385 is a non-hacking movement so I am not sure if there is something wrong or if this is normal and I never noticed it before. Anyone with a similar issue or who has a ROC and can verify if this is normal?
PS...When I advance the hands forward, the seconds hand continues as normal. It is only when I am advancing the hands backward that it does this.
