16710 movement question

Hello forumites.

Hope everyone is well.

What i would like to know...is how does one tell if the watch has a 3185 or 3186 movement? I believe that a few of the latter were used in 2007 and these apparently are worth a small fortune.

Am i correct?
How can i tell short of opening the watch?

Thanking you in advance
