Got the call earlier than expected.

Here in Australia it can be quite difficult to even get on the list for a SS Daytona. My AD will only accept orders from existing customers and even so a significant deposit is required. Having purchased a TT blue sub in February I then decided to order a white face SS Daytona in late March. I handed over the deposit expecting to wait in the order of 6 to 12 months and was lucky to get the watch in less than 4 months.

It's a very nice watch and quite different to the VC Overseas Chronograph which was also quite recently purchased. I was thinking of selling the Daytona but after wearing it for a few days I'll most likely end up keeping both watches.
