any men here carry a messenger bag?

If so what brand do you wear? I was going to get a Louis Vuitton briefcase off eBay, but it seems far too formal for my endeavors and fairly small as well as 2-3x my budget used minimum. I was thinking about a victorinox one since I will mainly be carrying it while I bike and I could use it with my other victorinox luggage, but I kind of want leather as well. I've never bought any leather new other than from coach, but lately I have been unimpressed with quality and price is excessive.

No sexist remarks needed/tolerated. Just curious if any other TRFers carry a messenger bag or have any recommendations. Something that could be used as a book bag would win extra points as I'm a college student as well. Going more for utilitarian use than luxury to start out. Can always upgrade down the road.

I guess I should put a price range, probably $100-250.
