Issue with Genuine Rolex Band?

I purchased a submariner 16610 from Sarasota Watch Company, roughly a month ago and haven't had an issue with the watch except for the band.

I didn't notice anything of it as I figured the watch was supposed to do that, but it looks to me as the Rolex Submariner 16610 band is supposed to have a circle that pops the link out for the extension? Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, I can't seem to find it and my extension seems to keep popping out on it's own.

I know their a reputable company and have been in business for quite a while so I'm assuming there's no issue with the authenticity of the watch and I had it inspected from another AD as well who confirmed it's authentic, so I'm not sure is there's a clip that is warn out or something else?
