16610lv black bezel insert swop

I am going to buy a black bezel insert for my Sub LV from the accessory forum and I need advice as to who I should have swop out the inserts for me. Will a local AD do it or do I need to pop into a local high end watch repair shop that works on Rolex, etc? Last thing I want is to f up my watch or have someone that isn't skilled f up my watch.
