Newby needs advice with purchase...

OK, so I'm getting ready to make a long awaited purchase of a YM. I'm looking at 2 different dealers on Ebay. One is mvpwatchco and the other is usaveontime. Both are located near me and seem to have prices within my reach.

1. Does anyone have any concerns or negative comments on either?

2. Assuming I purchased from an non-authorized dealer, how does the warranty come to play? Does Rolex still honor it even though it was purchased from a non-AD?

3. Assuming I took the watch to an AD, how much do they typically charge to check the watch for authenticity?

4. I'm torn between the 2tone, white/onyx and the ss/platinum. I plan on wearing them occasionally. In your opinion, which is more classy?
