DJII weak power reserve
hey everyone...I did a quick search to see if anything like this has come up and didn't find anything, so I figured I'd ask the experts here! this will probably come off as a bit of a N00B question (and that's accurate, cause I'm still a bit of a noob). :-)
I wear my DJII pretty much all the time, but I took it off yesterday to work in the yard around noon, and by about 2:30 it had stopped. So, I broke out the manual this am and did a manual wind on it to get it going. First question: when you do the manual wind, you can feel the clicking of the winding mechanism, right? how much resistance should you feel? I gave it like 10-15 turns...is there a max (the manual recommended 20). Second, when I pushed the crown back in, the second hand didn't start right away. Once I started moving it went, but I was concerned that it didn't start after winding. anyone else ever seen this happen, or is that normal? thanks everyone! |
