Tudor heritage chrono time sync issues

I recently purchased a used 70330N and love the watch so far, except for some of the bugs with the ETA 2892 + DD movement.

When I try to sync with time.gov, sec hand to 00, minute hand set at about 15sec+ in to allow the movement to catchup, after about 30 min, I will verify that the minute hands aligns perfectly to 00 sec after the catchup.

However, after about 30 mins, the minute hand ends up lagging behind again, maybe by about 15 min as well.

Is there a special way to set this thing so everything lines up? Or is the defective and need of service?

Thanks
