Opinions on this 7021 Snowflake?

Took me a while to find a vintage snowflake that had the look I was going for, and wanted to get some quick opinions on dial, hands, etc.

I am aware that this watch has some issues not limited to:
1) date wheel disk has been replaced as well as the crystal during a service - magnification looks wrong.
2) Minor chipping of the dial at the 2 o'clock.
3) Some cracking of plots

Any other major issues you guys notice? I know it is far from perfect, but trying to balance cost with function and wanted to know general thoughts aside from what is mentioned.

Thanks!
