Speedmaster Grinding

i have noticed my speedmaster is making a weird sound from inside when i move my wrist around.

When i shake my wrist lightly i hear like a shaking noise and the watch vibrates a little bit. NOT like something is rattling inside but more like the parts inside are rubbing or are loose or something is unbalanced. It might last 2 seconds and then it goes away. It caught me by surprise because i could hear it without holding the watch up to my ear and the vibration was fairly strong that it was very noticeable.

The watch is running just fine and is fully functional.I dont know if this is normal or there is a problem. Can any one confirm? I haven't been wearing a mechanical watch for long so this might be normal.
