I plan of buying my first true sports car in about 3-4 more years and I never considered a Vette before, I'm a huge fan of the new Porsche 911 and BMW M5. Am I missing something?
Steven, check the latest 2 issues of Road & Track as only a START. The Corvette excels in both fuel economy (for a sports car) AND amazing drivability, both day-to-day and on the track!
