I own the 144060 ceramic Sub and a 16623 Yacht-Master and I have a small wrist. I bought the YM first because I loved the styling and it was less common than the Sub but with similar features. The YM does have a more compact case, it's thinner and the lugs no doubt are not as boxy as the sub so it seems to conform to the wrist better. The Glide Lock clasp is a very nice feature on the sub.
Comfort wise I can't say that I really have ever thought "hey the Sub is really uncomfortable" or alternatively that the YM us much more comfortable, I really never think about it or notice it. So with that to one side I would try both on and go with the one you really like the look of, usually you just know. One thing I will say is that the Sub is more casual, for my current life I wear it a lot more than my YM. Good luck, it's a big decision but either way they are both great looking watches.
