Looking for some help assessing a 1005 and 16013

Hi guys, considering picking up one of these three watches, a Datejust and one of two Oyster Perps. However the sellers (pawn shops), for one reason or another, cannot provide me with pictures of the open caseback to verify the movement. Normally I won't buy if those pictures are not provided, but maybe I'm being a bit too cautious. From the dials and case and other details, does anything stick out as fake or aftermarket? The first 1005 looks to have a non standard crown, but the seller says its genuine and reflective of the reference (1005-1460) and era (1959-1964) - could that be true? Thanks for your help!!
