Real/Fake? OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE 34 | Ref. 115200

Been shopping for my first Rolex. This came up but something seems a little off.

Rolex OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE 34 | Ref. 115200
Says it's a 2008.

What I noticed is at the end of each hour indicator are dots... like lume dots.
Yet all the 115200's I see have lines. I've seen the dots but on models without dates.

Is it a different model, or is it a mismatch fake?
Let me know your thoughts:

Thanks everyone!
