So I have battled something but just now thought to post it... I have been obsessing over scratching up the clasp of my watch on my desk when I am working on the computer (which is all the time, I am a systems engineer).

So now I put a piece of paper on the desk under my left wrist, so my watch is rubbing on the paper and not the desk. Not sure if it helps or if I am just going crazy LOL
