Rolex Daytona ceramic broken

Decided to wear above this evening and not used it for around a week. As I pulled the winder out it has stuck in position 2 which moves hands and will not push back. I managed to push back in and now when manually winding feels "rough" to wind. Also now takes a quarter of a turn to start moving the hands. It's around 6 months old .Any ideas ?
