Reflecting on a beautiful Sunday...

20 years ago, I bought this Riedel glass. At the time, it was a tremendous amount of money for a single glass...but this re introduced me to wine. Years have gone by, and now I have a small cabinet full of Riedel...Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot, Blanc, Port, Tequila...you get the idea.

Oddly enough, this, my first, has been sitting in the back waiting for 'that day'...'that'...what a tremendous word. In this time, I got married, opened businesses, had a family, expanded my passion for food and wine, went into a beautiful adventure called watches and met an incredible group of like-minded friends: TRF. It surprises me how we are always waiting for 'that' day...we always find an excuse...'it could be today BUT'...

Quiet Sunday, after a nice walk with my son and our dog, why not make today 'THAT' day? What am I waiting for? For planets to align? To meet X or Y? Nah. Time to LOVE life! A nice wash with warm water and soap brings this beauty back to life!
