RSC Dallas condition report
I just wanted to see if anyone has had a recent service/warranty repair with Dallas RSC.
My 7 month old Submariner 114060 is with them and on the initial report they are saying the bezel is scratched, the bezel insert (ceramic) is lightly scratched, the bracelet and case are scratched. This is most definitely not the case as the watch has been worn a handful of times and is most definitely not scratched on the bezel insert. Is this just a way of covering themselves incase they scratch anything? I'm a bit baffled and shocked at how they described it. |
