Oyster Perpetual Early 1980s

Hi Guys , newbie here. Having had a rummage through some stored stuff i have found the above named watch. It is currently not working and one of the stones has come away from its position. It is in a very good condition otherwise with no scratches or blemishes. I was wondering as to its potential value if any or if a repair would be more beneficial? Regards.
