from my research
1-this style never available in 14K
2-model/serial number matches "fakes" on the net
3-steelnox is stainless steel not PM

thats enough for me.. i messaged the guy and stated the obvious(nicely to say maybe you are unaware) his response:

hey you buying nothing wrong with and its been gold tested as well if you like please buy otherwise please ask me more questions if interested
