Hi guys, its my first time posting here. I know this question has been asked multiple times and it ranges somewhere between 2200-3000. My dealer is asking for 3000. I noticed that the dial is somewhat unique(definitely have seen it around but certainly not common). Also the dealer told me the watch has never been polished which i am not too sure about. Your feedback on the condition of this watch and price will be appreciated.

The deal structure: my iwc portofino+$1000 or $3000
