Sending in PM Smurf to RSC for repair. Advice needed.

Bought a WG sub c from a trusted seller 2 months ago and it stopped working. It's been wound.

It was bnib with foreign Canadian ad stamp and my name.

Any advice or details on how to send it in to rsc Dallas?

I know I need to include warranty card but do I call ahead?

Anyone else have experience with trusted seller bought watches that need warranty work?

Anyone else ever send in a 6 digit pm model for warrrant work?
