Is it real? Rolex Datejust 1965 Alpha Hands

Hi,

I am being offered the following watch at what I think is a good price if its real. I am currently awaiting movement photos.

I have some doubts about the hour markers and the alpha hands. I have not been able to find any photos of a supposedly 1965 alpha hands datejust with batons like that, they are usually faceted.

Also, absolutely no trace of lume around the hour marks or on the hands themselves, yet the T Swiss T indicates there should be.

What do you think?
