There's a lot of force on the reset/flyback, so if the watch was hit a little hard, perhaps the hand is dragging the inside of the crystal. Still doesn't seem like it could bend it though as the bend appears a few millimeters from the center shaft. However those hands are thin and light, so if it's dragging on the glass it's possible.

Either way, Rolex will replace the hand and do a full service most likely. Best not to run the chrono until it goes in, but in my opinion, nothing can get further damaged by using it as a timekeeper.
