Silly bracelet question (...sorry)

Will a 78360 Clasp fit a 93150 bracelet?

As much as I love my Sub and as hard as I try, I cannot find any love for the 1980's flip-lock clasp on the 93150. The profile is too thick, the edges too sharp etc..

I'd like to replace it with a 78360 clasp which is a much better shape and size for my wrist.

While I've seen clasps on offer, seldom do they have the 'attaching link' (Ref Rolex #32-20685 / 32-20736). The one riveted to the blade end and with the screw-in bolt. Is there a reason why sellers remove these before selling the rest of the clasp?

Has anyone done this or have any advice?
