Best AD in Paris? General SS sport availability?

My wife is in Paris this week and the UK next week. I've been debating having her pick me up a Sub while she's there. Since it's so unlikely that she'll find one in the UK, I'm wondering if I should just have her get one in Paris. Assuming no AD discount on a 114060, my math puts the price at about $6,150 USD after de-tax (16%, right?), which isn't amazing but isn't bad.

I'd love some comments on what availability is like in Paris, as well as first-hand recommendations for AD's. I have to check to see where they're staying but I think it's pretty central, near the Louvre.
