116610 Ceramic Bezel Damage??

I am looking at a preowned 116610 from a local reputable dealer. The markings on the bezel appear to be damaged in 2 spots, one the "0" of the 20 and the other on the tick between 40 and 50. I have tried to capture this on the attached pictures. I am not sure if the bezel numbers and markings are painted or inlayed with aluminium. Is this normal wear or cause for concern?

On another note, I can purchase the watch for $6250 after tax. It has been for several years but overall seems to be in good shape and random serial number model.

It was serviced a few years ago by a non-Rolex entity. Any cause for concern here?

The watch comes with box and no warranty card or papers and carries a 1 year warranty at the shop.
