First vintage Rolex - 6082 and lugs

I am in the process of searching for me first vintage piece after much research. I have landed on a 6082 which I really like. It seems as though the cases used on these are quite thin, noticeably the lugs. Now the one I've found I know has been polished, but am curious as to whether it's been so over polished that the lug holes are too close to edges proposing risks. I would love feedback on this!
