114060 won't manually wind

Hi all

I've a 2 month old 114060 submariner. I grabbed yesterday after not wearing it for a week and gave it a couple of winds to get it going, and I noticed there was minimal friction. I gave it much more manual winding than it should need - it won't run. There's far less friction when I'm winding it, as compared to when it was working. I can't take it to an AD for a while... any suggestions as to what's broken? As far as I can recall I haven't abused it too much. It seems to work fine as an automatic.
