Rolex Submariner service?

Hi folks,

My 2010 16610 is in a good physical condition. Though it's 7 years old Rolex told me I can postpone the service with another 2 years. (They opened the watch).

However, theres a few rough edges on the bezel because I hit the watch once pretty badly. These bother me a bit when turning the bezel.

Any change Rolex can give the bezel a quick buff on their polish machine without having a full service? Will the bezel also be polished during the full service? Would like to know.

Also the bezel insert seems to fade overtime. Will they replace the insert for a fresh one?

Would like to know.

Thnx
